we all deal with a certain mix of these symptoms, but these are the symptoms certain alters faces/struggles with the most

as of right now, our official diagnosis is Dissociative disorder or reaction, unspecified (UDD) diagnosed by our nurse practitioner. "Evaluation by psychiatric service required" is listed in our medical record under this diagnosis and we'll eventually be getting a follow up by a psychiatrist.
we were 'diagnosed'(?) DID by a psychiatrist we saw only once through our disability case. we left that appointment super unsure if we'd received an official diagnosis or not. we're sticking with the OSDD label for now because we personally don't feel like we don't check off all the boxes for the full DID diagnosis. (we do not always have full amnesia between fronts, it's usually partial amnesia like trying too remember a dream. cofronting is extremely common. sometimes certain alters blur together and it's unclear who is actually fronting, etc)
after lots of research and speaking with people with diagnosed dissociative disorders, we think that some form of OSDD-1 probably fits us the best. this might change with more information and evaluation.
